A. We typically do not require any upfront paperwork or documents. A completed application generally is enough to get started.

A. Case Advances will further evaluate your client’s case at that time and in many cases will provide additional funding.
Q. How much assistance can my client receive?
A. To ensure that the financial assistance provided by Case Advances will not hinder your ability to negotiate a settlement, we will only advance a portion of your client’s expected recovery, after legal fees.
Q. Are funds dispersed in one lump sum or over time?
A. Dependent upon the plaintiff’s situation, we are able to structure advances in a manner that is most advantageous to your client.
Q. Will Case Advances get involved with the handling of my client’s case?
A. No, you and your client retain complete control of the litigation. Case Advances will occasionally seek updates on the case.
Q. Must a lawsuit have been filed in order to get funding?
A. Not always. In some situations, we provide funding if there is sufficient information and documentation to allow us to evaluate the claim.
